The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Shinjuku Station is a short walk from the hotel. I found a Family Mart on the ground floor, very convenient. It was easy to grab necessities.

The AC turned off when the key was not in the entrance holder. This made the room hot after being out all day. I wish the air conditioning worked continuously.

The hotel offered luggage shipping, a great service to Osaka. Staff members were tourist-friendly and very kind to us. I really liked the effective communication about a package I was expecting.

The airport shuttle access was very convenient. Complimentary umbrellas were available for guest use. The location was handy as it was a short walk to the train station. The bedroom was a decent size, especially when compared with other similar hotels.

The hotel is very close to Shinjuku station, a short walk to shopping and dining. The airport shuttle service was very convenient for arrival and departure. I appreciated the complimentary amenities, like coffee and bath salts. Large luggage storage before and after checkout was also convenient.

The hotel check-in was strictly enforced at 3:00 p.m. I arrived earlier after a long flight. I requested an early check-in and it was denied, even when I offered to pay extra for it. The staff stated the hotel was fully booked.

the room was okay for the money, i guess.

The cleanliness was like, questionable. i found some hairs in the bathroom that definitely weren't mine. also, the air conditioning wasn't really doing its job. The room felt stuffy the entire time, oh so good.
