Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated in the bustling district of Shinjuku, offering easy access to great sites like the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The rooms are small, with average facilities but provide a normal bathroom layout. Despite the inconvenience of high steps up to the bathroom, the location is superb. The dining area offers stunning views overlooking Shinjuku, with a limited selection of western items. The facilities are acceptable but not exceptional.
The hotel has super small rooms with even smaller bathrooms and 3 twin-size beds but provides the daily necessities and ordinary facilities. The location is in the busiest district of Shinjuku, making it easy to access the airport and enjoy the nightlife. The dining offers amazing views of Shinjuku but has only a few western items. The facilities are satisfactory.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located in the bustling district of Nishi-Shinjuku, just a short walk from Shinjuku station. The rooms were decent with three twin size beds, although the air conditioning was a bit weak. The hotel offers a lovely view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the dining area. On the downside, I had requested rooms next to each other in advance, but they couldn't accommodate that.
The hotel is situated in the lively Shinjuku business district, offering a convenient location close to major attractions and shopping places. While the rooms have a high step up to the bathroom and are on the smaller side with tiny bathrooms and three twin-size beds, the weak air conditioning may be a drawback. The service, though rooms were not assigned next to each other despite prior requests, provides options for dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shuttle services. Dining offers stunning views of Tokyo metropolitan government buildings with limited western choices. Overall, the hotel presents a mix of positives and drawbacks given its location and room features.
The hotel is situated in the bustling Nishi-Shinjuku area, about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station. The rooms, though having a high step up to the bathroom, were clean and equipped with necessary amenities, yet a bit on the small side with compact bathrooms. The service was somewhat lacking as they couldn't accommodate our room proximity request made in advance. The location is convenient, especially for exploring the Shinjuku business district and nearby observatory. The dining area offers stunning views of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building but with limited western food choices. Overall, the facilities are decent, but there is room for improvement in certain aspects.
